Tourism opportunity assessment
Explore visitor, business and partnership opportunities identified by the community.

Respectful, community-directed tourism advisory support built around each Nation’s priorities, values, governance and vision for long-term opportunity.
Every Nation, community and tourism vision is distinct. The work must begin by listening and understanding how the community defines success.
EXPLORER approaches potential partnerships with respect for community authority, cultural knowledge, self-representation and locally determined priorities. Advisory support is designed to strengthen community capacity and implementation—not to define identity, interpret culture or direct the story a Nation chooses to share.
Engagement scope, protocols and outcomes are established collaboratively before work begins.

Begin with community priorities, protocols and desired outcomes.
Agree on roles, scope, decision-making and measures of success.
Provide practical advisory tools without displacing local authority.
Leave knowledge, relationships and capability in the community.
Cultural narratives, knowledge and community identity belong to the people and Nations from which they come.
EXPLORER does not determine cultural authenticity, speak on behalf of a Nation or market cultural content without clear community direction. The role is to support tourism planning, business development, visitor experience and partnership work within the parameters established by the community.
A first conversation is about fit, expectations and whether EXPLORER is the right partner for the work.
Share the opportunity, priorities and preferred way to begin the conversation.
